Account Executive - Inside OEM Sales
The Account Executive is responsible for selling Windward Reports to mid-market software companies both nationally and internationally. You will be selling directly to OEM's. Responsibilities include: Maintaining relationships with existing OEMs, cold call prospecting, opportunity management (lead generation and qualification, opportunity management and closure), software demonstrations via the internet, proposal generation, contract negotiations, revenue forecasting, trade shows, etc.
Candidates must have strong skills in the following areas: Relationship management, cold calling/prospecting, territory/opportunity/time management and organization, communication, negotiating and sales closing skills.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3+ yrs inside OEM sales with personal quota responsibility
- Proven successful telephone sales track record
- Software Industry experience preferred
- Excellent oral & written communication, presentation, negotiation and
closing skills.
- Assertive, self-motivated and tenacious.
Educational Requirements / Experience
- Minimum formal education/experience: An undergraduate degree and at
least 3+ years inside OEM sales experience.

You will be selling directly to corporations, as well as to VAR's within a geographic territory. Responsibilities include: Maintaining relationships with existing clients, cold call prospecting, opportunity management (lead generation and qualification, opportunity management and closure), software demonstrations via the internet, proposal generation, contract negotiations, revenue forecasting, trade shows, etc.
Candidates must have strong skills in the following areas: Relationship management, cold calling/prospecting, territory/opportunity/time management and organization, communication, negotiating and sales closing skills.
